Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Another Tower Defense (the "Game"), developed and published by GCS Technology Ltda. ("GCS Technology," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with the minimum age requirements of the Google Play Store and the laws of your country. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Game, and make any in-app purchase, with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device you own or control. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by GCS Technology and its licensors.

4. In-app purchases & virtual currency

The Game offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP") for virtual currency (crystals and tokens), removal of advertisements, and other in-game content (together, "Virtual Items").

• Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and may only be used within the Game.
• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold — you do not acquire any ownership interest in them. We may modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items, or your ability to earn or purchase them, at any time.
• Virtual Items cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged outside the Game, and have no value redeemable in cash from us.
• All purchases are processed and billed by Google Play Billing. Purchases are final; refund requests are subject to the policies of Google Play and applicable consumer protection law, and should be submitted directly through Google Play.
• You are responsible for all charges incurred through your Google Play account, including purchases made by any person who has access to your device or account, including minors.

5. Advertising

The Game may display third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob to support free access to the Game. Where offered, purchasing the "remove ads" option will disable in-game advertisements going forward. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the Game.

6. User conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify the Game or gain an unfair advantage;
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its source code, graphics, characters, names, audio, and all related content, is owned by GCS Technology or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you other than the limited license set out in Section 3.

8. Third-party services

The Game relies on services provided by Google LLC, including Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is also governed by Google's own terms, including the Google Play Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GCS Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Game.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other players, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
